Enter the information below to request a purchase refund.
Refunds are considered on individual items only. If you
have a need to return all items of a multi-item purchase you will
need to submit multiple requests.

FOR INDICATED PRODUCT
ANY AND ALL COPIES OF ALL FILES OF PRODUCT HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM ANY AND ALL COMPUTER STORAGE DEVICES
BY A NON-RECOVERABLE PROCESS
ANY AND ALL BACKUP COPIES OF PRODUCT HAVE BEEN DESTROYED BY
A NON-RECOVERABLE PROCESS
ANY AND ALL COMMERCIAL, PRIVATE, PERSONAL OR BUSINESS SOFTWARE
USING PRODUCT HAS BEEN DESTROYED BY A NON-RECOVERABLE
PROCESS
ALL DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING ELECTRONIC AND PRINTED FORM, SUPPLIED WITH
PRODUCT HAS BEEN DESTROYED
BY A NON-RECOVERABLE PROCESS
Non-compliance with these requirements will constitute a violation of copyright and will result in prosecution by copyright owner and DeveloperPLUS to the fullest extent of prevailing laws.
Any liability declared by product publisher against DeveloperPLUS for non-compliance by original purchaser will result in litigation against original purchaser to include but not be limited to any and all costs incurred by DeveloperPLUS for litigation and services required for such litigation.
Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded.

All fields are required unless otherwise stated. If you do not have the information
needed you can contact Customer Service by email requesting the
missing information. Refund requests by any means other than this
form will not be accepted.
Once this request has been validated and approved you will receive
an email message that must be printed, physically authorized by
signature, and returned by fax or post.
If you use PGP you may return the email with your PGP signature.
Use of a PGP signature is accepted only if your public key is
provided and is verifiable as authentic.
Following receipt of your reply the approved refund will be
processed within 2 business days.
